Well I weighed in today, as I will every Monday and I lost two pounds!!! :) It doesn't sound like allot, but if I can average a loss of two pounds per week I can reach my goal weight of 130 pounds in a little over ten months!!! :)


I hope to be exercising for two hours a day, six days a week :) I did OK last week. I managed to work up from 30 minutes to a full hour on Saturday. I took Sunday off :) I am a little disappointed that I haven't worked out today, but I in no way feel well enough today to do so. I should feel better tomorrow as long as I get enough rest tonight :)


I realized today that after each child :) I have gotten sick with my UC s0metime within the fith week of their new Life. I haven't had stomach pain like this in a while. I feel a bit better after getting a nap in though. While I was resting I used some yoga breathing and visualizing that I very recently learned in one of my workout DVDs. I breathed very slowly and visualized myself being healed :) I kept saying healing over and over in my mind. I only did this for a few minutes, but when I was finished I felt better :) And my stomach didn't hurt quite as badly :) Earlier I had prayed for help. The thought of taking care of the three little ones for hours without Joshie's help was a bit overwhelming. When I first became sick with this illness and the doctors still didn't know what was wrong with me, the sharp stomach pain seemed like it would never stop. But every night in prayer I asked for the pain to go away enough for me to sleep. And every night my prayers was answered. Often times as soon as I sayed amen :) Anyways I should feel better tomorrow :)


Oh and last night my little Samuel looked up at me three times with a Happie expression on his face and gave me a soft Joyful coo!!!!!!!!! :) I Smiled and Giggled allot!!!!! :)
